Texas and Oklahoma were already on March 1 by state law. And while the SEC has a foot in Texas, it does not in Oklahoma. <br /><br />It is a clever branding maneuver by Secretary Kemp in Georgia and it has taken hold with Texas and Oklahoma or not.
