Good catch.<br /><br />The DNC requirement that delegate selection plans be posted online for public comment spoils those following this stuff across both parties. The RNC just doesn't do that and it is much harder to track delegate information for caucus states.<br /><br />That said, the county party site is a step much closer to official. It's on Feb. 28, and the primary bill wouldn't change the date.<br /><br />Also, I found another reference to Washington caucuses being on March 3, this one on the website for the Kitsap County GOP:<br /><br />http://www.kitsaprepublicans.com/info_chairman.php<br /><br />But still nothing from the state GOP itself.
